About our Color Teams 

Color teams is a year-long challenge that engages mentors and mentees in friendly competitions and collaborative activities in attempts to earn the coveted title of “Color Team of the Year” (and prizes)! Each mentor and mentee will be assigned to a color team at the beginning of the program and will participate in color team specific programming throughout the course of the year. We hope to elevate excitement and further create a sense of belonging for each mentee, as well as introduce and develop skills in collaboration and communication.
